All PAX patients who are receiving ketamine infusions will now receive that treatment at South Dakota Ketamine. Although the location is changing, the quality of your healthcare is not. Which treatments are being impacted?
Only ketamine infusion treatments are impacted. Effective July 1st, all PAX Institute ketamine infusion treatments will occur at South Dakota Ketamine.
Where will my ketamine infusions take place?
Your ketamine infusions will take place at South Dakota Ketamine, located at 6330 S Western Ave #120, Sioux Falls, SD 57108.
Will I have to take any steps in order to move over to South Dakota Ketamine?
No. Simply attend your next scheduled appointment at South Dakota Ketamine instead of the PAX Institute.
Will my healthcare change?
You will experience the same quality of healthcare you’ve come to expect from PAX Institute before the transition.

Is PAX Institute closing?
No. PAX Institute is still open and providing its other treatments. Only ketamine infusion care is moving to South Dakota Ketamine Clinic.
Will my medical records be transferred?
Your patient records will be transferred to SD Ketamine.
Is my billing changing?
Patients balances are HSA/FSA eligible and payable through payment plans, such as CareCredit; patients may discuss payment places with our clinic.
